North West Transit Corridor – Reviewing the Effectiveness of the Change

This report reviews the effectiveness of the North West Transit Corridor (NWTC), introduced in February 2025 to replace the Manchester Low Level Route. It evaluates the change against the original objectives relating to safety, airspace simplification, airspace infringements, accessibility, compliance with airspace policy and support for the Airspace Modernisation Strategy.
