UK Part BFCL BPL Conversion Report

This report fulfils the obligation placed on the CAA by Articles 3(b)(3) and 3b(6) of the UK Balloon Regulation ((EU) No 2018/395) to produce a conversion and crediting report concerning arrangements to convert national pilot licences and privileges to a Part-BFCL Balloon Pilot Licence (BPL) and associated ratings, privileges and certificates.
