The is the CAA’s response to the Secretary of State for Transport’s (SoS) request for comments and information concerning the Development Consent Order application by RiverOak Strategic Partners Ltd in relation to the re-opening of Manston Airport. This request was part of the SoS’s preparation to make a decision in regard to this application.
