This document is a supplement to the CAA’s Strategy for Human Factors in Civil Aviation published in 2018. It also includes updates on specific projects from the CAA’s HF Action Plan (CAP1209) published in 2015. This can be found in Appendix A.

This has been replaced by Human Factors: CAA Action Plan 2022-2024 published in November 2021.
