Strategic Plan 2011-16 Consultation

Since we published this five-year strategic plan in 2011, we have made considerable progress against our objectives, and seen significant changes and developments in the industry and activities we regulate.
This updated version of the strategy describes what we have achieved, what is left to do in the remaining 2 years of the plan, and some of the new challenges and issues to which we will be responding.
