CAP 1046b (supplemental): Appeal to the Civil Aviation Authority under Regulation 20 of the Airports (Groundhandling)

The CAA has published its final directions to Gatwick Airport in response to an appeal made by Ryanair against the
check-in and baggage charges introduced by Gatwick on 1 April 2012. On 23 May 2013 the CAA published its
decision on the appeal along with draft directions on which it consulted interested parties before issuing its final
directions.
