Exceptional measures for the economic regulation of NATS (En Route) plc: decision on licence modifications

This is a decision on licence modifications to suspend the automatic application of the traffic risk sharing mechanism as well as incentives from the year 2020, which would otherwise be applied to the 2022 prices.

It also includes an outstanding adjustment for the CMA determination and the annual review protocol for the environmental performance metric (3Di).

The decision follows consultation on these modifications (CAP2245).
