The UK Aviation Consumer Survey (undertaken by ComRes) was commissioned by the UK Civil Aviation Authority to research the behaviours and attitudes of UK consumers in relation to aviation. This is Wave 5 of our consumer research, which helps to inform our work to put consumers’ interests at the heart of our regulation of the aviation market.
