What is ATOL Online?
ATOL Online enables all applications and maintenance of records including ATOL Protection Contribution (APC) returns to be accessed and submitted online via the CAA Portal, with real-time updates on the status of applications.
ATOL Online is also used by ATOL Reporting Accountants to provide the Annual Accountant’s Reports required to support renewal applications.
New applicants
In order to apply for a new ATOL you will need to create a CAA Portal account.
How to create a CAA Portal account
If you already have a CAA Portal account and wish to apply for a separate ATOL in addition to the ATOL you already hold, log into the ATOL Portal and in the 'Your Services' menu select 'Apply ATOL as a new applicant'.

Current ATOL holders
How to access the online forms. Log in to the ATOL Portal, using your account user name password.
Select ‘Your Services’ from the menu on the left-hand side, then ‘Manage existing ATOL application or licence’. Click on your licence number on the ATOL Portal Home Page and you will enter your ATOL Admin page, which will display the application and report options that are available.
