The purpose of CAP 660 is to set out minimum standards which the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) will require to be satisfied prior to the grant or renewal of parachuting Permissions and any related Exemptions; and to indicate the CAA’s requirements for the conduct of parachuting operations.

This is a revised and updated edition of CAP660 that was last published in 2008. There are some major changes to reflect new legislation and regulatory provisions.
