This document sets out the Civil Aviation Authority's approach to determine the order it will consider airspace change proposals (ACPs) submitted to it for decision.

It sets out the principles for prioritisations of ACPs as required by the Civil Aviation Authority (Air Navigation) Directions 2023 (2023 Directions).
