Market power determination for passenger airlines in relation to Stansted Airport – statement of reasons

The CAA has found that the market power test in the Civil Aviation Act 2012 is not met for passenger airlines in relation to Stansted Airport Limited as the operator of Stansted airport.

This is the CAA’s statement of reasons of why the test is not met.
