The CAA has decided that certain Certification Specifications published by EASA, and listed in Schedule 1 of this Decision, are non-binding technical standards that may be used to meet the requirements of UK Reg (EU) No 748/2012. Adoption of up-to-date versions of these internationally harmonised Certification Specifications will enable British businesses to design Products, Parts and Appliances to the latest standards.
