SRG1843: Flight Operations Permission or Exemption Request, including MEL Exemption Requests

Use this form to apply for a Permission or Exemption.

The standard turnaround time for Permissions and Exemptions is up to 10 working days, though applications may be processed sooner if the form and supporting documents are complete.
An expedited Same Day Service is also available, provided SRG1843 is marked accordingly and SRG1751 is submitted. To be eligible, both the application and payment must be received by 11:00, with completed Permissions/ Exemptions issued by 16:30 the same day (subject to quality and completeness). Please note that if the same-day option is not selected, we cannot guarantee the exact time by which the Permission/ Exemption will be issued.
