Summary of the CAA’s Response to Representations made on the CAA’s Draft Decision and the way forward
This annex to the CAA’s Final Decision on Project Palamon sets out the CAA’s response to the submissions made by interested parties and stakeholders to the CAA’s provisional findings in its draft decision which we published in September 2020. This Annex forms part of, and should be read alongside, the CAA’s Final Decision (CAP2100) in relation to its investigation under s.34 of the Transport Act 2000 (Project Palamon) into the compliance of NATS (En-Route) plc with its obligations under s.8(1) TA00 and Conditions 2 and 5.2 of its Air Traffic Services Licence.
