Consultation to modify NERL’s air traffic services to implement the price controls for the period 2020-2022. It follows on from our August 2019 RP3 price control decisions, the subsequent reference to the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) and the CMA’s final report on NERL’s price control arrangements.
We are consulting on licence modifications to implement the CMA’s decision, a new licence condition to establish processes and procedures to coordinate airspace modernisation, modifications to improve the clarity of certain obligations in the licence, and guidance relating to NERL’s capital expenditure incentives.
