The CAA is committed to improving how we deliver services, help us by completing a short survey about your experiences today

This report includes the questionnaires completed by the top 31 airlines detailing how they comply with various aspects of Regulation 261/2004, including care and assistance, denied boarding, downgrading and missed connections.

We have also released a full report on our findings, CAP 1500.
