Pre-requisites

Organisations desiring to hold a UK Part 145 Approval under a Bilateral Agreement (BA) between the UK and partner States or Working Arrangements (WA) between the CAA and another State’s National Aviation Authority are required to make applications as stated within the applicable Arrangement to their National Aviation Authority.

The on-line payment form is to be utilised in accordance with the applicable arrangement when so required for initial/amendment and annual continuation payments to the UK CAA.

Please note for FAA & ANAC based maintenance organisations, annual continuation payments are to be made annually on receipt of CAA invoice.
