CAP 2261: Flylogix BVLOS Sandbox Report
It is designed to share what was learnt during the project, to assist industry with their future engagement with the CAA.Flylogix, in partnership with NATS and TotalEnergies, joined the Sandbox to trial the use of a Remotely Piloted Aircraft System (RPAS) flying Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS) to inspect Offshore Oil and Gas installations within a Temporary Danger Area (TDA), in order to build an evidence base for an Operating Safety Case (OSC) for commercial operations in non-segregated airspace.

CAP 740: UK Airspace Management Policy
CAP 740 has been updated to align with the CAA’s policy for the Establishment and Operations of Special Use Airspace (SUA); expand Level 2 and Level 3 airspace management better meet the strategic objectives of the Airspace Modernisation Strategy, and amend the FUA oversight requirements for SUA Authorities to more closely align with UK Reg (EC) No 2150/2005 (The UK FUA Regulation).
