The Aviation Safety (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2021 amend several pieces of retained EU aviation safety legislation, as listed in the first two columns of the table below. This table sets out where you can find the amendments to each piece of retained EU aviation safety legislation within the body of this Statutory Instrument (“SI”).

The table also sets out the corresponding CAA Project Number on the CAA’s Safety Policy and Legislation Project Tracker, where more information about these legislative changes can be found.
