ORS4 No.1572: General Approval for Wet Lease-in Agreements in Exceptional Circumstances

Replacement of the General Approval to enable UK Air Carriers to enter into leasing agreements of United Kingdom registered aircraft or an aircraft from a Community Air Carrier when the aircraft is registered in the EEA or Switzerland, in Exceptional circumstances. This replaces paragraph 7 of ORS4 No 1549 only, which is now revoked. A separate approval (ORS4 No 1573) has been produced to replace the remaining elements of ORS4 No 1549.
