For Approved Training Organisations or Declared Training Organisations that are not members of the BGA, in order to avoid unnecessary delay in our processing times we ask that a single copy of this form is submitted to our department. This can be done by post or by email to licenceapplications@caa.co.uk. Please ensure you do not submit more than one copy. If submitting via email there is no need to post the original.
