Following consultation, the UK Civil Aviation Authority is publishing changes to Assimilated Regulation (EU) No. 2017/373 (The Air Traffic Common Requirements Implementing Regulation), Annex III, Subpart A, ATM/ANS.OR.A.065 Occurrence reporting as we have determined that further information is required to provide clarity to stakeholders on how they should demonstrate compliance.
