ORS4 No.1573: General Approval for Leasing Agreements Entered into by a UK Air Carrier

Replacement of the General Approval to enable UK Air Carriers to enter into leasing agreements of United Kingdom registered aircraft from a UK Air Carrier or an aircraft from a Community Air Carrier when the aircraft is registered in the EEA or Switzerland. This is a replacement for ORS4 No 1549, which is now revoked. A separate approval (ORS4 No 1572) has been produced to replace paragraph 7 of ORS4 No 1549.
