Following application by the UK for derogation from certain requirements of the Air Operations Regulation (Commission Regulation (EU) No. 965/2012) concerning restraint systems on flight crew seats of Robinson R22 and R44 helicopters used in commercial air transport operations, the Commission has now published its Decision - C(2015) 2656, dated 28 April 2015, authorising the United Kingdom to derogate pursuant to Article 14(6) of Regulation (EC) No. 216/2008.

This document sets out the derogation from the requirements of CAT.IDE.H.205 (b)(2) that the UK is applying in accordance with the Commission Decision and revokes Exemption E3951 at ORS4 No. 1074 that has been superseded by the derogation.
