The purpose of this exemption is to allow operators of aircraft being used for the purposes of Public Transport or Aerial Work and issued with a national non-expiring Certificates of Airworthiness to carry a copy of the ARC rather than the original if the flight begins and ends in the UK. This exemption is not applicable to aircraft operating on an EASA Certificate of Airworthiness and Airworthiness Review Certificate.
