The advantages of the online system are that the resulting submission will generate an Application Submission Number (BAL-followed by a unique reference number). This reference number can then be quickly tracked by us on our system, should you need to request an update on the status, as it moves through our process from initial submission to the appropriate output (issuing of a NOTAM / Permission / Airspace Co-ordination Notice).
