The Department for Transport (DfT) and the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) have considered the responses to our consultation (CAP 3029) and have decided to create a new UK Airspace Design Service (UKADS). This will initially be tasked to NATS (En Route) plc (NERL) through a change to its air traffic services licence.

This Consultation Response Document summarises the high-level outcomes of the consultation by topic. Where we can, we have explained how we intend to proceed, and what we are changing in light of the consultation, with a cross-reference to the consultation questions.
