Since we published this five-year strategic plan in 2011, we have made considerable progress against our objectives, and seen significant changes and developments in the industry and activities we regulate.
This version of the 2011-2016 strategic plan was updated in June 2014 and describes what we have achieved, what is left to do in the remaining two years of the plan, and some of the new challenges and issues to which we will be responding.
Our draft five year strategic plan for 2016-2021 has been published online.
A supplementary document 'Draft Five Year Strategic Plan: Our key programmes' has also been published as CAP1360.
