UK Civil Aviation Regulations

These are published by the CAA on our UK Regulations pages. EU Regulations and EASA Access Guides published by EASA no longer apply in the UK. Our website and publications are being reviewed to update all references. Any references to EU law and EASA Access guides should be disregarded and where applicable the equivalent UK versions referred to instead.

This guidance on the application of consumer law in the aviation sector seeks to inform the aviation community, consumers, consumer groups, and other interested parties on how we will apply our consumer powers. It sets out our powers in relation to aviation specific legislation and general consumer law and outlines our approach to achieving compliance.
