The purpose of this Supplementary Instruction (SI) is to detail changes made to the Flight Information Service Officer (FISO) Manual (CAP 797), relating to the amendment of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 923/2012 Standardised European Rules of the Air (SERA) by Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 1185/2016. Issue 2 of this SI incorporates Appendix E which was omitted from Version 1.
