The purpose of this Supplementary Amendment (SA) to Air Traffic Services Safety Requirements (CAP 670) is to provide new Means of Compliance and Guidance regarding the continuing requirement to demonstrate compliance with Basic Regulation essential requirements, Interoperability Regulations as well as relevant CAP 670 and ICAO requirements.
