The Air Navigation Order requires that each holder of a Police Air Operators Certificate (PAOC) provides in a Police Air Operations Manual all the information and instructions that may be necessary to enable operating staff to perform their duties. This CAP provides guidance relevant to all PAOC holders, who should include guidance specific to their operation in their PAOM Part 2 (see CAP 613).
