General Exemption and Permission for Emergency Services helicopters conducting flights in accordance with the requirements of the Rules of the Air Regulations 2015 Rule 5(2) in relation to an ‘organised’ open-air assembly of more than 1000 persons and Rule 5(1)(b) in relation to congested area operations.
