General Exemption from Article 119 and paragraph 4(13)(c)(i) of Schedule 6, Part 1, of the Air Navigation Order 2016, regarding the need for helicopters, other than those operated under and in accordance with a Police Air Operator’s Certificate, with MTOM between 2,730 kg and 7,000 kg to carry flight data recorders and cockpit voice recorders.
