Neart na Gaoithe (NNG) Offshore Windfarm Limited (NNGOWL) and Inch Cape (IC) Offshore Limited (ICOL) wish to respectively develop the NNG and IC windfarms located in the outer Firth of Forth to the east of Fife. The Sponsors have proposed a Transponder Mandatory Zone (TMZ) to mitigate the wind turbine effects on the RAF Leuchars Primary Surveillance Radar (PSR).
