Sponsor: Neart na Gaoithe (NNG) Offshore Wind Farm Limited (NNGOWL) and Inch Cape (IC) Offshore Limited (ICOL) assisted by Osprey Consulting Services Limited
NNGOWL and ICOL wish to respectively develop the NNG and IC wind farms located in the outer Firth of Forth to the east of Fife. The Sponsors have proposed a Transponder Mandatory Zone (TMZ) to mitigate the wind turbine effects on the RAF Leuchars Primary Surveillance Radar (PSR).
