What is ATOL Online?

ATOL Online enables all applications and maintenance of records (including APC returns) and Annual Accountants’ Reports to be accessed and submitted online via the CAA Portal, with real-time updates on the status of applications.

Select ‘Your Services’ from the menu on the left-hand side, then ‘Manage existing ATOL (Renew, vary, APC & Admin)’. Click on your licence number on the ATOL Portal Home Page. You will enter your ATOL Admin page, which will display the application and report options that are available.

If you have forgotten your user name please email atolonline@caa.co.uk. A guide on how to reset a password is below.
