ORS4 No.1279: Small Unmanned Aircraft with a Mass Greater than 7kg – Operations above 400ft within Controlled Airspace and/or Aerodrome Traffic Zones
It reinstates the ability for an air traffic control unit, having already permitted a flight of a small UAS (mass greater than 7kg) within the controlled airspace or the aerodrome traffic zone that it is responsible for, to permit that small unmanned aircraft to fly in excess of 400 feet above the surface within that same airspace.

The new Airspace Co-ordination Obstacle Management Service (ACOMS) portal will help those planning flights and drone activity to assess any risks and plan appropriately.
