This ORS4 has been withdrawn.

Legislative amendments have subsequently now come into effect as of 1st October 2025 as a result of the Air Navigation (Amendment) Order 2025 and The Aviation Safety (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2025.  

These legislative amendments effect have ensured there is now alignment between the Air Navigation Order 2016 and UK Regulation (EU) No. 965/2012, rending the exemption now superfluous.
