General Approval to enable UK Air Carriers to enter into leasing agreements of United Kingdom registered aircraft or an aircraft from a Community Air Carrier when the aircraft is registered in the EEA or Switzerland. Removal of conditions in Annex A that created unintended restrictions. Clarification of the 3 day limit being a total of 3 calendar days in any 12 consecutive months Replacing ORS4 1573.
