This exemption is applicable only to flight crew holding a UK issued EASA Part FCL Licence with an Instrument Rating, operating aircraft not fulfilling all airworthiness requirements for full PBN operations, thus limiting to operations to RNAV5 (B-RNAV) and RNAV1 (P-RNAV).
