During the drafting of the Air Navigation Order 2016, an error was made in the drafting related to Article 92, which regulates the launching, mooring, tethering or towing of the aircraft described in this exemption. This exemption corrects the error, until such time as the Order can be appropriately amended.

Exemption issued to correct an error at Art 92(2)(b) mentioning controlled airspace. There has since been amendment omitting controlled airspace from that provision.
