ORS4 No.1187: Definition of controlled airspace in the Air Navigation Order 2016

During the drafting of the Air Navigation Order 2016 class F and class G airspace were erroneously included in the definition of controlled airspace in Schedule 1. This exemption is necessary to alleviate from any adverse consequences as a result of this, until such time as the Order can be appropriately amended.
