ORS4 No.1154: Use of Type Approved Microlights for Flight Instruction and Self-Fly Hire

The purpose of this exemption is to allow any microlight aeroplane, which is type approved in accordance with BCAR Section S, to be used for self-fly hire or remunerated flight training and testing. Previously type approved microlights were issued with individual exemptions to allow this, which will no longer be required.
