The purpose of this Information Notice is to introduce form SRG2142, for the verification of Third Country ICAO Licences.
This application form is relevant to persons wishing to apply for a licensing service with the UK CAA on the basis of credits from a Third Country ICAO Licence.
Submission of the form grants the UK CAA permission to request confirmation from authority that issued your ICAO licence and medical certificates that these are current, valid and not under any pending or current enforcement action.
