The Aviation Safety Review examines the safety of civil aviation in the UK, European Union and worldwide. Key statistics relating to reportable and fatal accidents, serious incidents and incidents are provided. Collectively, these safety events are known as "occurrences". The Review follows on from CAP 763 (1995 - 2004) and previous publications (CAPs 673, 701 and 735). It brings together aviation safety related information into a single source document to be used by the aviation community for statistical references.
