This exemption supersedes exemption E6285 published as ORS4 No.1619 and provides a time-limited alleviation in respect of the UK Regulation (EU) 2015/640, 26.370, requiring aircraft operators to implement any necessary amendments to the aircraft maintenance programme for the aircraft, where the design certificate holder (TC and STC) has not provided the relevant information.
