General Exemption which temporarily exempts from the requirement to register as an SUA operator for members of ARPAS UK until 16 December 2019, at which point they must register with the CAA Drone and Model Aircraft Registration service. This exemption has been granted to ARPAS UK members, to allow additional time to register with the CAA registration system, following the joint decision to withdraw from the CAA registration bulk upload.
