The CAA collects statistics from more than 60 UK Airports. Information is supplied on each individual air transport flight with other movements, for example Private or Aero Club, being reported as a block monthly total.
From the individual flight records it is possible to build up pictures of the activity at each reporting airport. In addition the traffic and capacity on each route to/from the airport can be assessed. Airport statistics are available as monthly or annual publications or you may commission reports to suit your

Table 12.1 may contain a number of airports marked as
“Unknown”. These are being investigated.
Belfast International – Cargo only services are not
included in the routinely published reports for the period April 2016 to July
2017. This affects tables which record and/or identify movements, freight and
mail carried. Details of monthly cargo only movements, freight and mail data
covering April 2016 to July 2017 can be accessed here.
Cancellation data is published with effect from April
2016 data. This affects information reported on tables which record and/or
identify Air Transport Movements - tables 4, 5 and 6. Table 4a provides
breakdown of Air Transport Movements that operated and those which were
cancelled. However, currently it is not possible for all airports to report
this information. These airports will include the information as soon as
possible. Annual tables 3.1 and 3.2 for 2017 are updated as previously they did not include Hawarden data for September 2017.
As at 29 June
2018 Table 08 has been updated. This is due to a problem identified affecting
the passenger figures which has now been resolved.
