ORS4 No.1594: General Approval for Leasing Agreements Entered into by a UK Air Carrier

General Approval to enable UK Air Carriers to enter into leasing agreements of United Kingdom registered aircraft or an aircraft from a Community Air Carrier when the aircraft is registered in the EEA or Switzerland, in Exceptional circumstances. This replaces ORS4 1572 only, which is now revoked. A separate approval has been produced to replace ORS4 1573.
